In the name of Alllah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
In an atmosphere of fraternity and cooperation, and with the participation of representatives from six countries, the East Africa Forum of the Global Women's Coalition for Quds and Palestine was held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, in Mogadishu. Twenty-five representatives from the Coalition from Somalia, Djibouti, Kenya, Comoros, Uganda, and Somaliland participated.
The forum featured a program packed with intensive training workshops focused on raising awareness among participants about the Coalition's mission and developing their capabilities in approved initiatives and projects. The forum sessions concluded with several important outcomes, most notably:
Enhancing participants' understanding of the Coalition's mission and approved programs, which will contribute to improving performance in the field.
Raising awareness of the coalition's key projects, including the Family Pledge, the Boycott, and the Coalition of Scholars and Preachers, while discussing ways to implement them in local contexts.
Strengthening coordination and integration among East African countries in areas of common interest, and exchanging experiences and successful practices among coalition representatives.
Adopting practical approaches and follow-up plans for the next implementation stage, ensuring the continuity of efforts and enhancing their impact.
Reviewing each country's work and its current situation on the ground, and opening extensive discussions on prospects for future development.
At the end of the forum, attendees expressed their appreciation for the significant efforts made in organizing and preparing the event, emphasizing that this success would not have been possible without the cooperation and coordination among those responsible for this auspicious event, which represents a new step in the path of supporting Al-Quds and Palestine in the East African region.
